1. Services Provided

We provide software licensing, implementation, and training for Busy Accounting Software. We are an independent sales partner and not the software developer itself.

2. User Consent for Communication

By submitting a lead form or contacting us via WhatsApp, you provide “Prior Explicit Consent” to be contacted for business purposes. You acknowledge that messaging frequency may vary.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All software licensing fees are subject to the pricing set at the time of purchase.

• Refund Policy: Software licenses are non-refundable once activated, but we offer limited refunds for new activations, if opted within 30 days from purchase date, as per Company(“Busy Infotech Private Limited”) policy. The decision of cancellation lies with the Company.

4. Limitation of Liability

Shubh Ventures shall not be liable for any data loss resulting from software misuse or hardware failure. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain regular backups of their Busy Accounting data.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
